Not able to participate in the challenge or obstacle course but still want to get a good meal?? That's okay, you can purchase a meal ticket here to ensure you will receive some good mood food by Ross Mountain BBQ!! This will get you a dinner plate & non-alcoholic beverage.

5K obstacle course
Participants will receive a shirt, swag bag, meal ticket for Ross Mountain BBQ & beverage provided by Lockport Brewery. Awards to to top 3 finishers of each group & prize for overall winner male & female. Registration starts at 7:30 Saturday morning. Run starts at 9:30am. age groups: 17 & younger, 18-35, 36-49, 50 & older.

5K Walk
Not interested in doing a crazy run, but want to get some fresh air & see some country side, then sign up for our 5K Walk! This will not be timed, but participating will get you a shirt, swag bag, meal ticket for Ross Mountain BBQ & beverage provided by Lockport Brewery.
