LAST MAN STANDING INFORMATION:
This event is a timed interval race starting at 8:00 AM sharp. Each interval is 3.1 miles (5K).
Time Limit: Each 3.1-mile interval must be completed within 50 minutes.
Start/Finish: Every interval begins at the start line exactly when the clock resets. If you are not back before the cutoff, you cannot continue.
Pace Options: Run, jog, or walk — as long as you complete the distance within the 50-minute window.
Elimination Rule: If you do not return to the start line before the cutoff, you are disqualified.
Last Man Standing: The race continues until only one participant remains — the Last Man (or Woman!) Standing.
