World's Largest Fitness Scavenger Hunt

EVENT IS SOLD OUT!  

Beach day... DONE THAT! Marco Polo in the pool... SNOOZE FEST! Backyard BBQ at the neighbors house... CALORIE OVERLOAD! A fitness Scavenger Hunt with your friends around the coolest town in South Florida......WHERE DO I SIGN UP?! 

HOW IT WORKS:
Each team of 12 people will adventure throughout downtown Delray Beach, scavenging for clues and mastering badass workout routines at each location!

See the flashing lights as you get the high score in PINBALL. Do some PUTTING AROUND in downtown Delray before you cozy up with Atlantic’s fuzzy BEAR. Make sure you fuel up on a JUICE BUZZ because you’re about SLASH your competitors! Adventure through THE VATICAN and ride the wave all the way to the SURF SHACK. RIDE across the finish line feeling invincible because you’re living a PURE LIFE!

The last stop on the hunt will be at THE SANDBAR where you can pick up your finisher medal and celebrate with a cold drink or two or three! Sit back and enjoy the sounds of the local DJ spinning some Sunday-Funday beats or lounge in a beach chair and let the soft sand massage your tired feet! 

TEAMS:
Create your own team on RunSignUp which must have a total of 12 participants by race day.  You can password protect your team to keep it exclusive and then send out the team link asking your friends to join.  If you don't have 12 people in mind for your team, you have two options:  select no team at sign up and we will assign you to a team or you can add yourself to an existing open team (check out the RunSignUp page and any existing team that hasn't been password protected is open for you to join).

WHERE:
Downtown Delray Beach with its eclectic mix of boutiques, delicious restaurants and engaging activities makes it the perfect town for the World's Largest Fitness Scavenger Hunt!

THE BLING:
Completing the scavenger hunt gets you the spectacular 3.5” SPINNING GLOBE finisher medal (yes, the globe will actually spin inside the medal).  In addition, each team member will receive an attractive custom shirt with your team name on the back. (Soft regular fit t-shirt for men and a soft fitted woman's cut t-shirt for all our female participants) MAKE SURE YOU CHOOSE EXACTLY THE STYLE, GENDER AND SIZE SHIRT YOU WOULD LIKE AS THESE ARE CUSTOM ORDERED.

MEETUP:
All teams will meet at a designated spot (TBA). Teams will be assigned to one of 4 waves beginning at 10am. Your team will be notified prior to the race of which wave they were assigned. Please make sure you LIKE the Badass Running Company Facebook Page.

WATER:
Water stations will be located at all of our participating vendor locations but you may want to carry a few snacks as this "hunt" is likely to take your team hours to complete.

This event is for everyone 21 and older....adult beverages may or may not be available during the event ;-)
Race will take place rain or shine.

SHIRT PICKUP:
You MUST wear your team shirt as that is your proof of entry!

July 12 & 13: 8:30AM-5:00PM.
