Orlando's one-of-kind Christian 5k to build the body of Christ! Finish 2025 Strong — With a Heart that Beats for Jesus and Miles that Have Purpose! HEARTBEAT FOR JESUS is a movement to revive hearts, build strong communities and celebrate faith and fitness. But it's more than just miles..... its Eyes up | heart open | feet to faith.
We don’t need more hustle to end the year well. We need more heart. The last 40 days of the year don’t have to be a blur. What if instead of rushing, you slowed down with purpose — feet to faith, open heart, eyes up? This is your chance to finish the year with focus, and strength and mission. And we are also moving with purpose - to support widows and be the light in Orlando.

🏃🏻♀️➡️ Join as a Group – Gather your friends or people from church to build community as you prepare for the 5K and deepen your faith.

You have three options (all three include registration to the 5k race at Baldwin Park on 12.27.25 @8am):
1️⃣ Walk one mile a day for 40 days with 40 day calendar, scripture and accountability. Move 3.1 miles together on December 27, 2025 at the HEARTBEAT FOR JESUS 5k in Baldwin Park.
2️⃣ 40 Day Training Plan with 3 workouts a week.
What It Looks Like:
✅ 3 days a week of moving miles — walking, jogging, or running with intentional movement.
🏃♀️ All fitness levels welcome: walk + jog plan, jog and run plan, run plan. Interval training.
🫀 All at Zone 2 Pace of Grace — where you can talk, breathe, and enjoy the miles
⏳ Less than 3 hours a week — simple, doable, and sustainable (psst That’s about the time it takes to scroll Instagram in one weekend)

Zone 2 is where your heart gets stronger, your endurance grows, and your stress melts away. No burnout. No pressure. Just steady progress. This isn’t about going faster — it’s about training smarter. It's about grace and grit. A sacred slowdown to find the rhythm of grace, not grind. A pace of grace. Use these 40 days to reset, refocus, and rebuild momentum — so you walk into 2026 strong, not burned out.
