Race Day:

Parking @ West Sioux High School parking lot   Cost-Free            

Spectator admission cost : $5 Adults  $2 Kids not racing  (Children under 6 free)

 

Concessions:Food and drink will be available throughout the day.

 

Arrival:arrive 45 minutes before your start time. This gives you plenty of time to park, pick up your race packet, sign race waiver, and get warmed up.

9:00-AM Registration/check in opens

10:00 First Wave Age 9-12

10:15 First Wave Age 5-8

11:15- anticipated start of last wave (will be pushed back if numbers warrant additional waves)

 

CHANGING START TIMES

You can change your start time on the day of the race to one that isn't sold out by paying a $5 fee at the “Registrations and Transfers” table located next  to the Check-In Table.

 

Wave Start

We will start lining kids up for the first wave at 9:45. We will start lining up next wave as soon as previous wave takes off.

Please make sure your child is at starting line a minimum of 5 minutes before their wave leaves.The waves will leave on time to make sure everything stays on schedule.

 

 

RACER REFRESHMENTS

There will be a water station for racers halfway through the course and again at the finish line, where we’ll also have bananas to help you replenish your energy!

 

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER

The race will not be canceled for rain! If there's lightning, we'll delay waves until it passes. When the race resumes, waves will go off at 15-minute intervals until the race is back on schedule. If there's severe weather that prevents the event from being held at all on Saturday, it'll be moved to Sunday.
