NEAD INSPIRATION MT. KILI CHALLENGE FOR CHARITY

EVENT INFORMATION:

Join individuals and teams who will support Liz Nead and the Wounded Warriors Project and Girls on the Run by participating in a MOUNTAIN CLIMB STYLE CHALLENGE.   Beginner or seasoned climber, this event is a great way to challenge yourself physically, getting fresh air and connecting with friends while raising money to help those soldiers that served us AND a great organization that supports young girls. 

COMPETITION DETAILS:  Three competition levels are available to all participants.

Teams of 4 will compete in their chosen category, silver (1 hour), gold (3 hours), platinum (6 hours). Individuals will win points for their teams by performing a series of activities. Each activity will have associated points. The final point system will be included in the event packet.

SILVER: 1 hour

GOLD: 3 hours

PLATINUM: 6 hours

Two members must be participating at all times. Team members under 13 may participate no more than 2 hours total.
Points are earned for
Steps
lunges
Burpees
Burpee bounders
Weight in a backpack
Carrying weight
Number of Box jumps and height of box jumps
And more
At the top of each hour, a challenge will be presented to the teams and the winning team will receive bonus points.
Team members under 13 will receive bonus points as well. 
Points will be tracked through an honor system. Competition officials will audit points. Any “fudging” will make teams ineligible.

HOW TO GET INVOLVED:

1. Create a register a team of 4, with 2 optional alternates under 13.

• Register as an individual and join a team formed by Liz’s team.
• Register as an individual.
• Sponsor the event
• Make a contribution supporting a registrant
• Fundraise through contributions for the event
• Volunteer

REGISTRATION AND FUNDRAISING

Non-refundable registration fee: $40.00

Alternate under-13 registration fee: $35.00
