Get your green on! Race or walk the scenic beach trails, historic downtown and pier.
Hosted by the San Clemente Downtown Business Association, the Shamrock Run starts at 8am on San Clemente's scenic beach trails, historic downtown and pier (not on the sand). Every racer gets a chipped racing bib and Shamrock Run t-shirt. All ages are welcomed.
Announcing our Charity Partner, Family Assistance Ministries [FAM]
As we gear up for the upcoming 2024 Shamrock Run 5k/10k we are thrilled to share an announcement that adds a deeper meaning to our collective strides.
For the first time, we are proud to introduce our official charity partner: FAM This partnership marks a significant step forward in our commitment to making a positive impact in our community beyond the finish line.
FAM is an inter-faith nonprofit alliance whose mission is to assist people in need with food, shelter, and personalized coaching on their journey to independence, working tirelessly to provide those in need with the resources they need to become self-sufficient once again. Their dedication to serving those in need in our community aligns seamlessly with our values, and we are excited to join forces to create a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.

10:30 am -12:30 pm Craic in the Stone Irish Band and Irish Dancers from Lyon's Academy of Irish Dance.
Entertainment
A standout in the Celtic folk/rock music scene, Craic in the Stone is known for their unique sound and exciting performances. With a decade performing at festivals and music venues all over SoCal, they have gathered a worldwide following of “Craic Heads.” The band got together in 2013 when a group of experienced musicians put together a set of traditional and modern Celtic songs for a one-night concert at the Chance Theater in Anaheim, California. It turned out to be a magical moment, and Viola! Craic in the Stone was born.
The Lyons Academy of Irish Dance offers a learning environment where dancers develop coordination, rhythm, grace, personal achievement, teamwork and confidence through the art of traditional Irish step-dance.
