2026 SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Half Marathon + 5K
The SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Half Marathon + 5K returns for the 24th running on Sunday, February 15, 2026, in Seaside, Florida. Get ready to sweat, connect, and crush some run goals with us in beautiful South Walton! The Half Marathon will start at 7:00 AM CST and the 5K will start at 7:30 AM CST.
This annual charity race fundraiser supports the SEASIDE SCHOOL FOUNDATION™ and encompasses an entire weekend of activities from the Taste of the Race culinary event as the official Race Weekend kick-off party to Race Day that welcomes thousands of runners from around the globe. Participation and support of the annual fundraiser provides middle school and high school students in Walton County, Florida the opportunity to participate in unique learning experiences not typically found in public education.
THE SEASIDE SCHOOL™ - one of the oldest operating public charter school in Florida and comprised of SEASIDE NEIGHBORHOOD SCHOOL™ in Seaside, Florida and Seacoast Collegiate High School located on the nearby campus of Northwest Florida State College South Walton Center - was founded in 1996 with the simple goal of creating a school to address the need for a better middle school education in Walton County. Today, SEASIDE SCHOOL™ serves more than 600 students across the two school campuses serving grades 5th through 12th and ranks in the top 1% of all public schools academically based on the Florida Department of Education School Grade Program. Race Entry Regulations
- Entry fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- You must be at least 6 years old to run the 5K and at least 14 years old to run the Half Marathon.
- You must be in good health and physically prepared to race.

Once you register for the SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Half Marathon + 5K & Race Weekend events, you'll receive a confirmation email with your personalized virtual bib and RaceJoy instructions.

We are gearing up for the 2026 SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Race Weekend and the 24th running of the Half Marathon + 5K!
How to Raise $100 in 5 Days!
- Day One—–$10 Lead by example and kickstart your fundraiser with a personal donation.
- Day Two—$30 Ask 4 family members to each donate $5 and that is $20!
- Day Three—$55 Ask 5 friends to make a $5 donation to raise an additional $25.
- Day Four—$75 Ask (2) businesses you frequent (nail salon, doctor, dry cleaner, etc.) to each donate $10.
- Day Five —$100 Use social media and post a link on Facebook, Twitter, etc. and ask 5 connections to donate $5 each and encourage them to share…and BAM–you’ve reached your goal!!

Not running this year? You can still be a vital part of the action by volunteering and helping us bring this incredible event to life! It takes over 500 amazing volunteers to make the SEASIDE SCHOOL™ Half Marathon + 5K and its events a success—join our team and make a difference!
Whether you sign up individually or with a group, there are plenty of exciting ways to get involved. From assisting with Packet Pickup at the Expo, to helping with intersection control and mile markers, or even joining the excitement as a cheer squad member, there’s a volunteer opportunity for everyone.
As a valued volunteer, you’ll receive:

✔ Complimentary snacks, bottled water, and hot coffee
✔ Breakfast or lunch to keep you fueled
✔ Access to the epic after-party to celebrate with the runners!
