H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash

The H-F Beast Obstacle Course Dash is an opportunity to have fun and stay active together with friends or family! The Dash combines fun obstacles and quick dashes to keep you moving and energized. The course will be offered in two categories. Those ages 6-14 will complete 8 Obstacles and run a 1-mile run. Obstacles include a tire flip, balance beam, army crawl, tire run, and more. Participants ages 15+ will compete in 16 Obstacles and a total of 2 miles. Obstacles will include bucket carry, hoist, tire flip and more!  This outdoor Obstacle course will help you build confidence, strength, endurance, balance, and so much more. Finisher medals and t-shirts will be awarded for completion of the course. Race runs in 5-minute waves.
