Zachary Charity League Chasing Santa 5K

Chase Santa through the streets of Zachary and win a special prize if you catch him! 

Hot cocoa and cookies will be served after the race!  All runners who register by Dec. 1 will receive a t-shirt.  

Kids 1/2 mile finishers will receive a toy from Santa’s bag. 

The 5K is a chip timed event. Finishers will receive a Christmas ornament medal. 5K runners may run the 1/2 Mile run for no extra fee. Strollers are welcome. 

The race starts and ends at Zachary High School.  Stick around for the Zachary Christmas Parade at 10am!

This family friendly 5K and 1/2 Mile Kids Run will raise funds for the Zachary Charity League. Race proceeds go towards scholarships, teacher grants and Snack Packs for Kids, which provides healthy snacks over the weekend for children who come from food insecure homes. Race route passes by five of our seven schools, which is the heart of our league.  Learn more about us at zacharycharityleague.org

November 10 - Dec 12:  $20

Race day is $25
