Receive your Medal – both you and your dog will get a high-quality finisher medal for completing the 5K mailed directly to you!

WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RUN?
A virtual run is a run that can be completed from any location you desire! Whether you run, jog, or walk on the road, trail, treadmill, bike, track, or even THE MALL — you run (or walk) your race, at your own pace, and you time it yourself. Your finisher medal will be shipped directly to you, and remember, if you complete the 5K before the end of the year, you'll get an extra medal for your dog as a special reward!

 
TIPS FOR YOUR VIRTUAL RUN:
Be safe – Follow appropriate social distancing guidelines. If you feel ill, please stay at home.
Plan your course ahead of time – Consider using apps like Nike+ or RaceJoy to plan your route.
Tell someone about your runs – Accountability helps!
Run when it works for you.
Have fun! – Not only are you getting fit, but you’re also supporting a great cause!
 
Race Details:
Walk, Run, or Jog to the finish line from wherever you are in the world! This 5K (3.1 mi) is designed to be all-inclusive, so dog lovers everywhere can join in to help Doberman Assistance Rescue & Education (DAR&E) save Dobies!

Virtual runners/walkers can register and submit their race details anytime up until December 31st, but remember — complete it by December 31st, and you’ll receive a special medal for your dog

Dobermans are often misunderstood due to their intimidating appearance, but in reality, they are extremely loyal, intelligent, and energetic companions. Known for their obedience and trainability, Dobies are amazing protection dogs, but also loving pets.

Whether you own a Dobie, know one, or just love dogs, join us in raising funds to rescue, rehabilitate, rehome, and educate about these wonderful dogs!

All proceeds go towards helping homeless or unwanted Dobermans.
