Description
Join us for a fun and challenging 5K or 10K trail race! The cross country start quickly funnels into a 5K and 10K single track course. There’s ample parking, shade, finish line food, great awards and the occasional snake on the coarse. Don't fear, run fast and they stay friendly!
Online registration closes at 7PM FRIDAY before the race. Registration available at Packet Pick-Up. NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION!
Races capped at 200 total runners.
Tri-Blend Short Sleeve Race T-Shirts . Shirts guaranteed for all registrations through the end of July.
Big 4 Trail Race Series
The Big 4 Trail Race Series includes the following Winston-Salem Trail Races hosted by Twin City Track Club: Hobby Trail to You! (August 9), Salem Lake Trail Races (September 27), Black Friday Relays (November 28) and Frosty Fifty (January 2-3, 2026) at Salem Lake.
Save $$ and register for all 4 races at one time! Finish all four races, any distance and earn great swag including Big 4 Trail Race Series apparel! Presented at the Frosty Fifty in Jan 2026. Click here for more info!
