Lace up for our scenic 5k and 10k races, officially certified by the  USATF-NJ and part of the Cross Country Grand Prix. Picture yourself racing through Rosedale Park's stunning fall foliage—it's a runner's dream!

For those who prefer a leisurely pace, join us for a Fun Run that's perfect for the whole family. And little ones aged 10 and under can dash through the meadow in our exciting 100-yard kiddie races—pure joy for pint-sized sprinters!

Can't make it on November 2? No worries! Choose one of our virtual options and be part of the fun from anywhere.

RUN FOR FREE: Every registered runner who creates an individual fundraiser and reaches $250 or more in donations will have their race fees refunded. Plus, you're also eligible for cool race swag. Funds must be collected through the Meadows Miler website to receive the race refund and swag.

7:30am- Parking, packet pick-up and same-day registration open

8:00am- Vendor Village open

8:30am- Warm-Up by Max Challenge

8:45am- Same-day packet pick-up and registration close

9:00am- 10k Start

9:15am- 5k Start

9:20am- Fun Run Start

9:45am- Kiddie Dashes

10:00 to 11:30am- Awards and Post-Race Party
