The Club is proud to announce the return of our Annual Members Meeting and Banquet. The event will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at Tuscarora Golf Club.

Hold the date on your calendar! We’ll be at the Tuscarora Restaurant for food, drinks and entertainment you won't want to miss.
$30 per person if you register early, $50 at the door. We need to get a head count in by January 10th. STC matches the fee as a perk to all members (be sure your membership is up to date!
Syracuse Track Club 2026 Annual Banquet 1/17/26
Schedule:
5:30pm: Annual Meeting (Board members along with any member who wishes to attend)
6:00pm -6:30pm: Open bar, time for people to mingle, etc
6:45pm: STC Trivia (voluntary) with STC’s Dale Cocca is back.
7pm (ish): Dinner served
7:15pm (ish) Remarks by the President (will take 3 min tops)
7:18pm (ish) Scholarship Presentation
7:30pm (after the Scholarships): General Presentation and Awards
9:00pm : Wrap up (We have the venue until 10pm)
Nominations can be made for club awards during the registration process or here. These nominations are due by January 1st.
