Patchogue Theatre has always been a beacon on Main Street, evolving from what was formerly known as the Ward & Glynne’s Theater, instituted in 1923. Since then, the theatre has been a catalyst for growth in the Village of Patchogue. In December 1998, the theatre you now know and love, became the Patchogue Theatre.
As an integral part of the cultural landscape, the Patchogue Theatre contributes to the overall quality of life in our area. Regular access to performing arts enriches the educational experiences for students and families, and promotes creative expression among individuals of all ages. By hosting a variety of events – from concerts and theater productions to dance performances and film screenings – we foster an appreciation for the arts that resonates across generations.
Ultimately, the Patchogue Theatre is more than just a venue; it is a vital community asset that encourages social interaction, stimulates economic growth, and enhances the cultural fabric of our region. We take immense pride in our ability to bring people together, knowing that our success directly contributes to the prosperity and enrichment of the entire community.
Please consider joining us in keeping the arts alive in Patchogue and the greater Long Island.
