Primal Assault 5k Obstacle Course & Mud Run

Join us Saturday May 20th, 2017 at 9:00 am for our first Obstacle Course Race in the series!  This will be a chip timed 5k all terrain course with 30 +/- obstacles, including mud pits, warped wall, & "Kong"..check out our obstacle page for details.  Can't complete an obstacle....3 burpees please!   Finishers medals and t-shirts guaranteed to all pre-registered participants (must register by May 3rd).  Wave times will be every 5 minutes in groups of 25.  Race entry fee is $35.00.  (Price increase of $5.00 on April 23rd). Online race registration closes on May 16th.  Packet pick up will be on Friday May 19th, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, and race day from 7:00 - 8:45 am.  Please bring a signed copy of waiver form and valid ID for packet pick up.  Got what it takes to win our push up or pull up contest.....we're offering a cash prize in each for a little motivation.   

For all the mini Spartans out there we will have a 1 mile kids course packed with 15 obstacles. Finishers medals and t-shirts guaranteed to all pre-registered participants (must register by May 3rd). Trophies will be awarded to top 3 male and female finishers in each age group of kids course (6-8, 9-11, 12-14).  Kids course is for ages 6 & up.  Parents are encouraged to run along with their child if needed. Entry fee is $20.00.  Kids race will start at 9:30 am.  Parents don't forget to bring an extra change of clothes, a towel and sunscreen.  See you there!!  Online race registration closes on May 16th.  Packet pick up will be on Friday May 19th, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, and race day from 7:00 - 8:45 am.  Please bring a signed copy of waiver form and valid ID for packet pick up.
