Upcoming All-Star Dates
PLAYER MEDIA DAY (MANDATORY)
Sunday, November 2 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (time subject to change) | Alamodome
Family and friends are invited to join their all-stars at Media Day! Players will:
- take their photo headshots for the game program (must bring and wear high school jersey for this, if you have an all-star teammate, please wear the same color jersey)
- be presented with their official player certificates and participate in media interviews for News4WOAI and FOX29. (This will be the only opportunity for media interviews during the All-Star season due to media availability)
- family and friends will have an exclusive opportunity to purchase limited reserved ga section tickets that will go on sale this day and an opportunity to purchase before they go on sale to the general public and pre-order merchandise (hats, t-shirts, lettermen patches programs)

TEAM PHOTO DAY & PLAYERS/COACHES MEETING (MANDATORY)
Sunday, January 4 | Time: 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Northside Gym (8400 N Loop 1604 E, San Antonio, TX 78249)
Players and their families will be invited to receive a final briefing before the start of All-Star Practice Week. All players MUST bring their football pads, helmet and other uniform accessories for team photos after the meeting. Players will also get to meet their All-Star Coaching staff’s, and receive their custom jerseys for the game. Families will also have the first exclusive opportunity to pickup pre-order merchandise and/or tickets and purchase any additional merchandise and tickets. San Antonio Sports will lead the presentation with week of details, practice, and gameday information for players and parents. There will be a special guest speaker to end the meeting. Once the meeting is finished, teams will meet with their coaching staff to review practice schedule and positional needs. After the meeting, team and individual photos will be conducted outside at Dub Farris stadium. Players will receive photo forms and parents can pay for photos on this day or mail/pay online.

GAME DAY
Saturday, January 10 | Alamodome | 5:30 PM
Bring your game equipment (uniform, pads, helmet, cleats, gloves, mouthpiece, etc.).
NOTE: More details to be communicated but parking for players, coaches, and staff will be at Alamo Stadium and shuttle transportation will be available from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Shuttle will also be operating post-game to return players and coaches to their vehicles at Alamo Stadium (approx. 9 p.m. departure).
Description
More than 116 players representing Bexar County and the seven surrounding counties are chosen to showcase the area’s top football talent for an all-star football game. Players are nominated through their varsity coaches, and selected by an all-star selection committee. The game features athletes committed to play for some of the top universities in the country, as well as players looking for an additional chance to impress college recruiters with potential scholarships to offer before National Signing Day.

All-Star Coaches
TEAM BLUE HEAD COACH
Coach TP Miller, Claudia Taylor Johnson High School
TP Miller is wrapping up his third season as the athletic coordinator and head football Coach at Claudia Taylor Johnson High School. After serving two years as the Jaguars’ defensive coordinator, Miller was promoted to head coach, leading the team to a 27- 8 overall record. In the 2024 season, Johnson posted an impressive 10-2 finish and captured a district championship. Miller began his career at San Marcos High School as a defensive backs coach, quickly advancing to the role of co-defensive and special teams coordinator. He later spent time at Seguin High School in a similar coordinator role before joining the staff at Johnson. Miller graduated from Texas State University where he played defensive back for the Bobcats.
TEAM WHITE HEAD COACH
Coach Alex Franco, Southwest High School
Alex Franco has been coaching for 25 years and completed his sixth season as head football coach at Southwest High School. Since taking over the program, Franco has guided the Dragons to a 42-18 record, with playoff appearances every season and deep runs to the regional semi-finals in both 2020 and 2024. Franco graduated from Angelo State University and later earned a master’s degree from the University of Texas-Permian Basin. His coaching journey has included stops across Texas, including roles in San Angelo, Odessa (Bonham Junior High and Permian High School), McCamey and Mathis. He was named THSCA Region 8 Coach of the Year in 2024.
Jersey Presentations & Interviews
Interviews will be aired every Sunday from November through January 4, 2026. The majority of jersey presentation interview will occur during Media Day on Sunday, November 2 at the Alamodome. Media Day is mandatory for ALL PLAYERS and will be the only opportunity for All-star's to be presented their jerseys.
