100th Chincoteague Pony Swim - 5K - 10K -100K Virtual Challenge 2025

Welcome to the Challenge, celebrating the 100th Annual Pony Swim on Chincoteague Island, Virginia.

This is a virtual Run, Walk, Roll, Bike, Paddle, or even Gallop event!
You choose the time, place, and type of activity. Complete the distances all at once or incrementally.  Choose the 100K goal to achieve over the next few months in honor of the 100th Pony Swim!

Track your distance, upload your results, feel great about supporting the Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company ® and receive awesome SWAG with a shipping or in person pickup option.

Swag you will receive:

Awesome commemorative 100th Pony Swim Medal depicting Chincoteague's famous Riptide Stallion, decorative ribbon, digital numbered racer bib, completion certificate and an event designed drawstring bag.

Your efforts benefit the Chincoteague Volunteer Fire Company ®, Saltwater Cowboys™, and Saltwater Cowgirls™ who care and manage the Pony Herd and protect the Chincoteague Island community. Donations will go towards a purchase of a new Pierce Ladder Fire Truck which will cost over 2 million dollars.

Your digital racing bib is available for download on your confirmation registration email or under your Profile on the RunsignUp website.

You can log your completed distance under the "Results" tab on the RunSignUp website and even upload your photos!

Remember to download your Finisher Certificate which you can find under your Individual Results!
