Packet Pickup Information
Packet pick-up will be at the Monty Ballard at Cinco Ranch location, located at 22807 Westheimer Parkway, Katy, Texas 77494.
Saturday, November 21st | 9am-12pm
Tuesday, November 24th | 4-7pm
Wednesday, November 25th | 2-6pm
Thursday, November 26th | 6:45-8am
Parking
Early parking is available at The Fellowship (22765 Westheimer Pkwy) and Villagio Town Center parking garage (22756 Westheimer Pkwy).
Additionally, shuttles will run from 6:30-10:30 am from the Super Target parking lot (23710 Westheimer Pkwy). Busses leave every 8-10 minutes or as filled.

FAQ's
Yes, the 10K course is an USATF certified course.
No - Your entry fee will be used as a donation to the Katy Area YMCAs Annual Campaign.
No, day-of race registration is not available.
We ask for all participants to complete their race by 10 am. If you are still on the course after this time, please move to the sidewalk as the roads will reopen to traffic beginning at 10 am.
Staffed and equipped water stations will be positioned along the 5K and 10K courses. There will be additional water available at the finish line and in the post race area.
Yes - Medical support is provided on the race course via bike medics and in the post-race area via ambulance.
Yes - However we highly discourage it due to traffic on major roads.
For the safety of our runners, dogs are NOT allowed on the race course but can be spectators in the Turkey Tailgate area as long as they are on a leash.
10K/5K walkers/runners with strollers should line up at the back behind the walkers for safety purposes. When registering, please choose Corral C for the 10K and Corral E for the 5K. Strollers in the 1 Mile Family Walk/Run should also line up in the back behind the walkers.
Bicycles, skateboards, roller blades, scooters, etc. are not permitted on the race course.
The race will continue if light rain occurs; however, in extreme weather conditions, the YMCA reserves the right to cancel the race.
No - This race is for children who feel comfortable running alone. If you would like to run with your child, please register for the One Mile Family Walk/Run instead.
No - You will not need to register the infant unless you want them to have a t-shirt; however, anyone not in a stroller must be registered to be on the course.
If you run a race you didn't register for (i.e. you registered for the 10K and run the 5K), your race will not be timed.
Yes - Please ensure the individual picking up the packets has your name and corral information.
Yes - Runners are required to have a registration for each race.
Yes - You may buy them ahead of time from the "Store" tab on the race website, at Packet Pick up or in the Turkey Tailgate area on Thanksgiving Day. If extras are available, you can purchase them the week after race day at the Monty Ballard YMCA at Cinco Ranch.
Yes - You may exchange your shirt during packet pick-up dependent on availability. We will also have a race information booth in the post race area with additional shirts if available.
Yes - Please visit raceshots.net to order them.
Race results will be available immediately after a participants crosses the finish line. Results can be found at the Awards Booth in the post race area, or on QR code signage near the finish line.
Pin your race number to the front of your clothing in an area that will be visible throughout the entire race.
