What is Lifeline adventure virtual 60 day challenge
Lifeline Adventure is a virtual 60 day challenge that begins March 1st. People will be virtually adventuring around the world. With donations raised, we will empower youth, provide health & nutrition, and enable economic empowerment opportunities to those in need across the globe.
To make a difference, participants can set their own challenge, their own distance, their own goal, through hiking, biking, swimming, running, or walking. Participants will learn about the impact that is being made each week from our highlighted locations. For $49, participants will receive a Lifeline Adventure t-shirt, medal, regular updates and more.
What is a virtual adventure challenge?
A virtual adventure challenge can be completed anywhere, at any time, by anyone! Runners, walkers, hikers, cyclists and swimmers use virtual fitness challenges as a way to stay motivated and accountable in order to achieve their fitness goals.
The best part is that you can complete a virtual adventure challenge anywhere in the world!
What’s the difference between virtual adventure challenge and virtual races?
Virtual races are often one day, one distance events where you compete against others and the clock. Lifeline virtual adventure 60 day challenge keeps you moving over a longer period of time and focus on completing the challenge.
Do I need to fundraise to be a part?

What if I'm not in Ohio?
Not a problem! This is a virtual adventure, so you can track your miles from wherever you are in the world. We are starting at the same location virtually and traveling together!
How do I complete the Lifeline Adventure challenge?
You can swim, run, walk, hike, or collect miles whichever way you prefer. You can complete the challenge on an outdoor bike, and indoor stationary bike, treadmill, or whatever else you have access to. All exercises can be counted for your distance goals! Do I have to complete the 300 individual mileage goal, 1,500 5 person team mileage goal, or the 3,000 10 person team mileage goal?
No, you do not have to complete the full mileage goal, but it is suggested that you do to coincide with our virtual course.
What is a virtual course?
Our courses are a virtual tool to help you see how many miles you are completing over the course of your adventure. We will promote Lifeline landmarks that you will see on the virtual courses as if you were actually reaching them during the adventure!
How do I track my mileage?
1. Click here
2. Click "Submit Virtual Results"
3. Look up your registration by name or email
4. Click "Log Activities"
5. Input data and submit!
Miles can be backlogged but they must be completed by April 30, 2021.
Where can I see my progress on the course?
You'll be able to see your progress on the map after you log your results! It takes a few minutes for them to load in, but once your results are logged, go to "Results" in the menu bar, click on your name, and scroll down to the section that says "View Progress on Map" and it will show your progress. Share this with friends and family and photos of you doing the adventure challenge on social media using #LifelineAdventure or on this website in the photo section!
Do my miles on a treadmill or stationary bike count?

I want to do this as a group. Do you offer a group discount?
Yes! If your team has 5 or more people registered, your team is eligible for our group pricing of $39 per person! The first 4 team members will be charged $49 and then they each will receive a $10 refund once the fifth member registers.
How do I refer friends to fill my team?
Don't forget to share your special referral link found in your confirmation email or RunSignUp profile. If you are a team captain, make sure to use this when filling your team roster!
Is my registration fee the same if I opt out of receiving a Lifeline Adventure T-Shirt medal?
No! Your registration price is only $39 USD if you choose to forgo a Lifeline Adventure T-Shirt and medal! The price is reduced during registration.
When will I receive my shirt and medal?
Shirts and medals will ship out at the end of the challenge!
Where can I interact with people who are also participating?
Follow us on Facebook and post on your own social media accounts using #LifelineAdventure! You can also post pictures of yourself on the adventure in the photo section of the race website!
