A Note on the St. Michaels Running Festival presented by Brooks

The St. Michaels Running Festival presented by Brooks will not take place in 2026. While we made adjustments to our 2026 race plans based on feedback from the Town of St. Michaels, hosting an event at the Charm City Run standard that our runners expect and deserve was no longer viable.

We are very disappointed that the race will not take place, but wanted to thank our incredible partners at Brooks, the St. Michaels Police Department, Talbot County Department of Emergency Services and Sheriff’s Department, the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, and our many charitable beneficiaries and volunteers, all of whom have made this race one of the best on the east coast.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, as we know many of you have started to plan your trip to St. Michaels already. If you deferred your 2025 registration to 2026, you will receive additional communication from our team on refund and registration options. Thank you for your understanding and support of Charm City Run, and we will see you at another starting line soon.
