Description
The Grand Rapids Mud Run is a messy, muddy 5K that will challenge both the beginner and the seasoned runner. The course includes multiple mud pits, tunnel crawls, rope climb, and a 60 foot mud slide. Kids who are 6 - 12 years will love the kids mini-mud heat. Grab a friend and register as an individual or a 4 person team. See you in the mud!
