KAR Turkey Trot Time Prediction Run presented by Mitten Running Company

About This Event:

Welcome to the 2025 KAR Turkey Trot! This time-prediction run is family-friendly favorite and a Holiday tradition for so many! 

This is a timed prediction run and what makes this event so fun and unique, is that awards will be given to the closest time-predictors in the open field - meaning no matter how fast or slow your run, anyone can bring home some hardware!  Because of that, no watches or other devices that track time are allowed.  Awards are also distributed to the top male and female finisher in each age division, as well as the overall male, female and non-binary open winners.  Please, no bicycles, or dogs  in this unique event. No refunds or transfers. Cut-off finish time to be included in official results is 45 minutes. 

We will be selling long sleeve technical shirts.  Check out the design and information during registration.  Packet pick-up will held onsite the day of the race (Thanksgiving morning) from 7:30 - 8:45. During that time you will be able to pick up your bibs, and your t-shirt. 

Proceeds from registrations and additional online donations will support the Turkey Trot and the Kalamazoo Area Runners (KAR). Race day donations will also be accepted for Kalamazoo Loaves and Fishes.

• Race Day Packet- Pick Up @ Moorsbridge Elementary School at 7:30-8:45am
• Race start time: 9:00am 

Registration Fees:

• Pre-Registration (Individuals) - $25.00 until Tuesday, November 25th (11:59 pm)
• Pre-Registration (Family Pack) - $60.00 (4 Family Members or More)
• Late Online Registration Wed and Thursday: $30 / person
• Event day registration: $30 / person

Long Sleeve Tee Shirts:

• Long Sleeve Tee Shirts are an extra $25.00 (unisex, tech material) and will be available to order through Monday, November 10th.
• Additional long sleeve t-shirts will be available to purchase during packet-pickup on a first come, first serve basis.  Sizes and quantities will be limited.
