All Mary's Meals "Run for Hope" 5K participants (In-Person and Virtual) will receive a race t-shirt with their registration while supplies last. The deadline to register and guarantee a race t-shirt in your size is November 1st. 

Virtual Participants

If you can't make it to the Mary's Meals "Run for Hope" 5K in person, fear not! You can support the race and the mission from afar. You'll find Virtual event-specific information below:

• All Virtual Participants will receive a race t-shirt while supplies last.
• Your virtual materials will be mailed on Tuesday, November 24.
• Your window to submit results is 11/22/26 at 12:00AM (Midnight) to 11/29/26 at 11:59PM. When the time comes, you can click here to go to the results page of the website and submit your results. While submitting your results isn't mandatory, it is encouraged! You did the work after all!
