COMMUNITY VENDORS

$100 Commitment

Last year, we welcomed over 1,000 runners and spectators and each year both the number of participants and the Vendor Village has steadily grown. Don't miss out on this highly anticipated event to gain invaluable brand exposure.

This year, vendors will be permitted to sell *non-food products! 

• One 6' rectangle table and two folding chairs will be provided.
• Vendor name and logo will be listed on Meadows Miler website.
• All vendors are required to clean up after themselves and leave their area as they found it.
• Vendors are permitted to sell products and share marketing materials (e.g., coupons, free samples) to advertise to runners and community members. 
• Meadows Miler will take place rain or shine. We cannot accommodate refund requests after October 17.
• The event start time is 9:00 a.m. Vendors can begin to arrive to set-up at 7:30 a.m.
