Kick off the New Year by experience 4 of the 8 HYROX stations guaranteed to test your aerobic conditioning with a total 4k of running.
1k run before each of the following stations:
1000m Ski Erg, 80m Burpee Broad Jump, 1000m Row, 100 Wall Balls
Earn the 2026 ROX in the New Year patch and challenge yourself to something different in 2025!
Waves of 3 start at 10am.
You can partner up to see how you do as a team, but each teammate must register seperately.
