Warlick Family YMCA Trick or Trail 5 K and 1 Mile Fun Run

Join us for Trick-or-Trail, a fun-filled fall event featuring a 5K and 1-mile Fun Run on the scenic Sytz Family Trail System at the Warlick Family YMCA in Gastonia, NC! Whether you're a seasoned runner or looking for a family-friendly activity, we have something for everyone. The trail covers over 3 miles and is great for participants at all levels. Our 1-mile Fun Run is a relaxed, non-competitive event where participants join in for the joy of movement and community.

You don’t have to run to have fun at Trick-or-Trail. Come for the party! We’ll have a family celebration the entire time with bounce houses, games, music, and plenty of fall fun. Cheer on the runners, watch the mascot race, and enjoy activities for all ages. Free and open to all.
