Strawberry Jam - 1 Mile Fun Run
Kick off your Strawberry Festival weekend with the 5K or 1 Mile walk/run presented by Wallace Parks and Recreation. The 5K is perfect for runners and walkers of all skill levels! Start and Finish at the Campbell Center at Clement Park.The Strawberry Jam is a 1 Mile is a non timed event and perfect for all ages! Walk or Run 4 laps at the track at Clement Park.

Friday, May 1
3:00PM - 6:00 PM - PACKET PICK UP - Picnic Shelter at Clement Park. (Hall St. Wallace) It is located behind the Campbell Center in the actual park area.
Saturday, May 2
7:00 AM - 7:45 AM - Last Chance Packet Pick Up - Start and Finish will be at the Campbell Center (513 SE Railroad St.)
7:45 AM - Color Guard from Wallace-Rose Hill High School JROTC and National Anthem
8:00 AM - RACE START
8:10 AM - 1 Mile Fun Run - 4 Laps around the Park
9:00 AM - AWARDS

Wallace Parks and Recreation is currently working on a project that would allow children with disabilities to be able to have a safe and accommodating playground to enjoy. We believe every child regardless of disability deserves the opportunity to have a normal childhood. Together we as a community can have an opportunity to play a part in making this happen! All proceeds from this years 5K sign ups will go to help fund the new Inclusive Playground at Clement Park!
