Monmouth U. TC Indoor Showcase #3

Indoor track & field meet open to all ages. Entries will be limited in some events to allow for the prompt completion of the meet on a Thursday evening.

Pre-entry only. Entries will close on February 14. No meet day registration will be available.

Order of Events:

6:00 PM: All field events begin (high jump, pole vault and shot put). 

7:00 PM: Running events begin. Rolling schedule in the following order: 55 Hurdles, 55 Dash, Mile Run, 800, 400, 200, 1 Mile Steeplechase* and Sprint Medley Relay (SMR - 400-200-200-800).

*- For the 1 Mile Steeplechase, men will go over 15 hurdles of 36" each over the course of 1 Mile. Women and masters men (age 60+) will go over 15 hurdles of 30" each. 

(Please note that MUTC Showcase #1 is on Tuesday January 31; MUTC Showcase #2 is on Wednesday February 8, and MUTC Showcase #3 will be on Thursday February 16. Registration is available for all of these meets now, both here and on NJMilesplit.)
