This Father's Day event is the perfect opportunity to get the whole family outside! Celebrate the 200th Anniversary of the Old Erie Canal with a fun, family friendly, canoe & kayak race. 

Rec Race

• Pulling the old alumacraft out of the barn? New to paddle racing? This is the class for you!
• Race two miles from Reed Webster Park to a bouy turn at the Aqueduct and back!
• Race start is at 10:45am and it is $20 per participant.
• Children aged 13 and under must wear a PFD.

Pro Race

• NYPRA classes apply.
• Start at Reed Webster Park - portage Devoe Rd - buoy turn just before Warners Park - finish back at Reed Webster Park. Eight miles total.
• Race start is at 10:30am and it is $25 per participant.
• Children aged 13 and under must wear a PFD.

Special prizes for the fastest parent/child team!

While pre-registrations are preferred, participants are welcome to register race-day morning at Reed Webster Park.
