About the Challenge:

League of Legends, LLC is thrilled to announce the return of our annual virtual race: The League of Legends, 100 Miles in May Challenge. Now in its third year, this exciting challenge is designed to push you to your limits and encourage a month filled with physical activity. Whether you choose to walk, run, bike, swim, or engage in any activity that tracks mileage, this challenge is for you!

Challenge Duration:

• Start Date: May 1, 2024  

• End Date: May 31, 2024 

• Last Day to Upload Miles: June 4, 2024, at 11:59 PM

How It Works:

• Register for the challenge and set your activity tracking device (Garmin, Nike Run Club, Apple Watch, etc.).

• Participate by completing your miles anywhere and anytime that fits your schedule. This challenge is perfect for teaming up with friends, family, and colleagues to motivate each other.

• Track your daily miles and upload them to our official tracking platform. Visit https://help.runsignup.com/support/solutions/articles/17000087349-submit-and-manage-virtual-results to learn how to submit your miles.

• Join our Facebook group, "League Of Legends, 100 Miles in May," to share your progress, photos, daily inspiration, and tips with fellow participants. 

Milestones & Rewards: Participants are encouraged to set personal goals based on their experience level:

• Beginners: Aim for 50 miles.

• Intermediate: Aim for 75 miles.

• Experienced: Aim for 100 miles.

• Over Achievers: Push for 150 miles.

**Disclaimer: Regardless of the milestone you strive for, all participants will receive an exclusive 100 Miles in May T-shirt and a finisher's medal commemorating your achievement.
