Twelve years ago, I set out on a mission to teach my two young boys the true meaning of the holidays—the joy of giving. What started as a small gesture has grown into something greater than I ever imagined.

Over the years, with the help of generous supporters like you, we’ve been able to bring joy and relief to families in need across Manatee County. From providing essential support to local elementary school families, to hosting full-school holiday parties—our reach has expanded, and so has the impact.

For the past two years, one lucky Title I elementary school has a whole school party! Every student personally choose of gift of their choosing. For many of these children, this may be the only gift they receive.

This holiday season, we are aiming to bring the magic of Christmas to three Manatee County elementary schools, with a goal of collecting 1,800 toys.

 That’s 1,800 opportunities to make a child feel seen, valued, and loved.

I believe every child is worth something. And I believe in the power of community to show up, especially when it matters most.
