Operation Juliet will issue refunds within two weeks of the original date of a canceled event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to acts of nature, such as forest fires, pandemics, inclement weather, flooding, or wildlife concerns. Deferrals will be issued for events canceled due to natural disasters. No refunds will be issued to participants who withdraw or do not attend an event. No race "swag" will be mailed or held for participants who do not attend an event. We understand that everyone has personal circumstances, and we value our community. Therefore, we allow runners to defer their registration to the following year or to another runner. No refunds will be issued for deferrals if the event does not take place the following year. For planning purposes, we cannot offer refunds to injured runners.
