- If you feel that at any point on the course you will start jogging, registering in the Run category is BEST.
- If you feel like you want to sprint to the Finish Line, register in the Run category is BEST.
Race walking ethics revolve around maintaining legal form, which requires constant contact with the ground and keeping the advancing leg straight.
Any medals, awards, including monetary prices, if applicable, will be Forfeited.
