Course Details
5K participants will make one loop around the course before proceeding to the finish line. Our 5K race course will be taking place on nature running trails. Our 1K course will take place on paved ground around the lake at Grand Central Park.
Course Cutoff Times
The course cutoff time is 8:45am for the timed 5K.
