Description

Inspired by races such as HYROX and DEKA, Bear's Den Fitness challenges you, as an individual or with a partner, to take on our 9-Station race. Each station starts with a 600m run. As a team, both partners will complete the run together and then split the reps for each station. Choose between the Pro Division and the Open Division. The cost is $60 per person. Sign up to race on Saturday and Sunday, and save $20, both for $100.

Starting times are based on the number of teams set up. We start two teams every 5 minutes.

Saturday, September 5, will be the Team event, with the Men's Pro going first, followed by the Women's Pro, then the Mixed Pro, then the Men's Open, the Women's Open, and finishing with the Mixed Open.

Sunday, September 6, will be the Individual event, with the Men's Pro going first, followed by the Women's Pro, then the Men's Open, and finishing with the Women's Open.
