Swim
Swimmers are to follow a "snake" pattern, swimming up and back within a large lap lane three times in the 50 meter pool, ducking under the lane-line in between each lap.
Total of 6 lengths (300 meters). Youth triathletes will complete only 2 lengths (100 meters). See the attached map for details.

Bike
Participants will bike out to Moore St before completing 2 loops (outlined in yellow), then biking back to transition for a total of 5 miles. Youth triathlon athletes will only compete 1 loop, for a total of 3 miles.

Primary Run Course
This run course will be used for all running legs excluding the first duathlon run and the youth triathlon run (both pictured below), and is 1.5 miles.

Secondary Run Course
This run course will only be used for the first leg of the duathlon race, and is 1.5 miles.

Tertiary Run Course
This run course will only be used for the third leg of the Youth Triathlon event, and is 1 mile.
