In consideration of my entry, I, the participant, intending to be legally bound for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, do hereby release and discharge, Lancaster High School, RunSignup.com, any and all volunteers, sponsors and staff from any and all liability arising from any illness, injury, or damages I may suffer as a result of participation in the Run with the Bruins 5K Fundraiser Event. I provide and certify my compliance by my submitting this entry. If participant is under 18 years old, I certify by this entry that he or she has permission to participate, is in good physical condition, and that officials may authorize emergency medical treatment in the event of injury or illness. I understand that there is no refund due to me for any reason. This release and waiver extends to all claims of every kind whatsoever, foreseen or unforeseen, known or unknown.

Further, I grant permission to all the foregoing to use my name, voice and images of myself in any photographs, motion pictures, results, publications or any other print, videographic or electronic recording of this event for legitimate purposes.

By submitting this entry, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above release and waiver including the no refund policy.
