What is the Resolution Run?
It’s a New Year’s party on the pavement! The Resolution Run 5K brings runners to the Flats East Bank for a road race with a throwback twist, featuring music and vibes from the ’60s through the 2000s. Every step helps support the Hunger Network and their mission to fight hunger across Northeast Ohio.

Refunds, Transfers & Deferrals

Similar to a concert or airline ticker, entries are non-refundable and non-transferable to next year.

You may transfer your entry to another runner or to virtual for free before packet pickup.

If you can’t attend, you can pick up your shirt/packet at the Hermes office the following week (call ahead: 216-623-9933).
- Those who transfer from LIVE to VIRTUAL will still need to pick up their race packets - packets will not be mailed for those who transfer to virtual.

Volunteers welcome! Email sbaron@hermescleveland.com. Volunteers receive a race shirt + novelty finisher medal.

Walkers welcome. Toward the end, walkers may be asked to move to the sidewalk.

Dogs & Strollers: Welcome, but please line up at the back for safety. Dogs must be on a short leash and next the the owner at all times.

Course: Scenic route along the Cuyahoga River with one hill mid-course

Course Time Limit: About 1 hour (police determine closure for safety)

Weather: Varies year to year—could be snowy teens or sunny 40s. Check forecast!
- Parking: Street metered parking along with paid parking lots are available all around the Start Line.
