No. Please leave your furry friends at home. This is a saftey concern, due to the size of the race. Service animals are allowed.
Please be off the course by 7:15PM. We begin pick up at 7:30, which is a hard deadline requested from our vendors. Thank you for your cooperation!
Yes, but please be aware of your surroundings at all times.
If you are on a team, the team captain must pick up for their ENTIRE team. The captain should make arrangements to get that information to their team members.
Individuals can pick up for other people but must communicate with those people that they are getting their bibs and shirt. We are not responsible for tracking who picks up what.

Yes. To register for the race on the day of the event, please go to the registration tent on Capitol Street from 12PM to race start.
You can also sign up at Packet Pick Up on Tuesday May 5th from 9-5pm.
Parking is available at parking garages in downtown Concord and street parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Parking is NOT available on Capital or Park Streets or in front of the State House Plaza.
The start line is on North State Street and the finish line is on Park Street.
For Participant's Safety: With more than 3,000 runners and walkers, Rock‘N Race has become a meaningful community event. To ensure everyone’s safety and to adhere to USATF rules: No bikes, no roller blades, no skateboards, no headphones, no pets on the course.
Individuals pushing strollers can sign up either as a walker or runner. Please note that registrants signed up as runners should line up at the back of the runners on N. State Street and onto Park Street and those registered as walkers should line up on Capitol Street.
Yes. There is a bag check at the volunteer tent on the lawn.
Yes. There will be a water station halfway through in the Governor Gallen Office Park.
There will also be water at the finish line, thanks to New Hampshire Distributors.
There are porta potties located on Capitol Street and halfway through the course in the Governor Gallen Office Park.
PRIZES: Yes, special prizes go to the top 3 men/women/nonbinary runners. Additionally, age group winners will receive prizes. Prizes will be given after the race at 6:40 pm on the State House Lawn at the Runner's Alley Tent.
T-SHIRTS: The first 2,500 registrants receive a free event t-shirt. After that, t-shirts are available first come, first serve at Packet Pick-Up and at the Registration Tent on Capitol Street.
TEAM T-SHIRTS: In order to receive customized Team T-Shirts, completed online registration/registration forms and full payment must be received by the deadline April 13, 2026 at 11:59 pm. Customized t-shirts for teams of 10 or more walkers and/or runners OR the team must have raised $3,500 or more by the deadline listed above (4/13/26). Teams with less than 10 members or below the $3,500 fundraising level are not eligible to receive customized team t-shirts. Individuals registering with a team after April 13th will not be eligible for the customized team t-shirts, but can still receive a shirt without the team name while supplies last.
Deadline for a Tribute Sign is Friday May 1! You can select a tribute sign in the add-on section during the registration process. Choose "$25 Tribute Sign" on the Donation Page and a small tribute sign will be placed along the route on race day in honor or memory of your loved ones. Proceeds will benefit Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care. Be sure to select "other" and write your message for the Tribute Sign in the text box that appears!
Individuals raising $2,000 or more will and receive a Top Fundraiser award at the Kick-Off Breakfast the following year. If you were a top fundraiser in 2025, you will receive a special invitation to the Kick-off Breakfast in 2026. Please note: Individual fundraiser totals are also counted towards team totals if they are a team member.
Other Fundraising Recognition: The first-place Fundraiser for the year (Team or Individual) will be recognized on a plaque at Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care.
Rock Stars are teams that raise $3,500 or more for this event. Rock Star teams will have the opportunity to take a high-quality team photo day of the event. Rock Star Teams also receive a special award for their efforts at the next Kick-Off Breakfast the following year! If you were a Rockstar Team in 2025, you will receive a special invitation for the Kick-Off Breakfast in 2026
Early bird registration runs through March 1 at midnight and adults are $35. From March 2 through May 6 (event day), adult registrations are $40. Youth 14 years old and younger are $15 from January 1 through May 6 (event day) and paper registrations are $40 and available at the Concord Hospital Trust office. If you are a CH employee and would like to pay via payroll deduction, please call the trust office at 603-227-7162.
No, Rock'N Race does not issue refunds. All proceeds support the Payson Center for Cancer Care, HOPE Resource Center. If you have questions or need help with a specific issue, please call the Trust office at 603-227-7162.
Yes, you can make a donation through May 31, 2026, on the Rock'N Race website. You can make your donation in honor or in memory of someone and give credit to an individual walking or running, or to a team, by selecting a fundraiser. If you wish to make a donation via a check, please mail to:

Add-on Contributions: New this year, make an additional contribution and directly support a patient in need. During the registration process, you will see different levels to select and help support a patient who needs care. You'll see add-on donations on page 4 of registration. You can also purchase add-ons after registration through your event profile under My Registration --> Add-On (on the sidebar menu).
The race starts on Wednesday May 6, 2026, at 6:00pm sharp! Pre-race ceremony begins on N. State Street at 5:50 pm. We encourage Captains and Teams to arrive by 5:00 pm or earlier if you need to pick up and distribute your team packet containing bibs, shirts, etc.
This is formerly known as the Captain's Breakfast and it has a new agenda. In the past, the event has focused on team captains and providing real time assistance in signing up. Assistance will still be available but we invite anyone who has signed up or hopes to sign up for the event to come to the kick-off breakfast. We will have a patient speaker and talk all about our Beneficiary, the HOPE Resource Center! We will also make sure to cover some of the event details, including creative ways to fundraise. The breakfast will be held on Tuesday February 3, 2026 at Christ the King Parish from 7:30-8:45 am. Please register for this free event by February 1, 2026. You can register on the Rock'N Race website by clicking "Sign Up" at the top of the main Rock'N Race page.
Rock'N Race takes place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather conditions, the event may be delayed or cancelled. These decisions are made the day of the event and will be communicated via email, social media, and on the website. If you have opted in to text messages, you may receive a one-time message alerting you of a weather concern and alternative plans.
