Q. Does my race entry get me into Winter Wonderland Festival?
A. Yes, of course it does. Don't be a cotten-headed ninnymuggin.
Q: Where are the water startions?
A: There will be two water startion locations on the course, sorry no hot chocolate will be served!
Q: What aer teh Award Divisions?
A: Top 3 Male and Top 3 Female prizes wil be awarded for those who participate in the live event. We also have age group awards certificates that can be downloaded form the results page.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: No Bring the whol elfin' family!
Q. Are there restrooms available on site?
A. Yes, they are located inside of the Winter Wonderland Festival at the Coffee Butler Ampitheater
Q: Where do I pick up my packet the day before the race?
A: Dogs are not allowed on the course for safety reasons. Strollers are permitted but must start in the last correal for safety reasons.
Q: What's the best way to get to the event.
A: We stronglyencourage people to walk, ride bikes or ride share to thise event as there is limited parking available.
Q: May Walkers participate?
A:Yes! There is a 20 minute/mile minimum pace on the course.
Q: Can I pick up a packet for a friend?
A: Yes! You can pick-up for a friend - just be sure to let your friend know that you are doing it prior to packet pick-up!
Q: I hav a friend who cannot particiapte in teh event. Can I take his/her place?
A: Each participant must have his/her own registration. In the event of an emergency, race officals must have emeregene contact inforamtion on hand, therefor you are NOT allowed to particiapte using someone else's registration. There aer NO exceptions to this policy.
Q: Can i get a refund or transfer?
A: FThere are no refund or transfers for Running of the Elves 5K and Jingle Bell Mile.
