Our mission at Partners is to empower youth and community members to achieve their full potential through mentoring, prevention education, and strategic partnership. In the past 3 years, we have consistently served over 1,000 local youth, which reflects a 200% growth in our programs over the past 6 years. We are proud to have supported thousands of local kids in getting a proven chance to gain self-esteem, life skills, and hope for their future.
