* Final race day information and updates will be emailed to all registered volunteers the week prior to the in-person race. Additional updates may be sent up to the morning of the in-person race. Any emailed information supersedes information on this site.
Location: Sertoma Amphitheater - Fred G. Bond Metro Park (main park address: 801 High House Road, Cary, NC 27513)
Assignments: Volunteer assignments will be made upon arrival on race day.

What to Bring: Please bring any comfort items that will help you enjoy working at the race:

Dress appropriately for the forecasted weather

Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes

Hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen recommended

A filled water bottle to stay hydrated

Charge your cell phone and bring it with you (for emergencies only!)

Go to the restroom before being placed on the course. You will be glad you did!
Weather: Please check the forecast before leaving home; weather conditions are subject to change unexpectedly.
Athletic Trainer: An athletic trainer provided by Raleigh Orthopaedic will be located near the finish line to assist with participant medical needs.
