Tulane Cancer Center Largest Cancer Team Competition

Join one of our established cancer-type teams—each representing a specific awareness ribbon color—and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with survivors, advocates, and supporters. Whether you choose Breast Cancer (pink), Prostate Cancer (light blue ribbon), or any ribbon cause in between, you’ll be part of a community united for hope and change.

How it works:

• During the registration process, select "Join an Existing Group/Team" and under the drop down menu click on the cancer-type team you’d like to join.

• On the next page of the registration process, please select the cancer ribbon color that is associated with your team choice.

• Rally friends, family, and colleagues to sign up under the same ribbon color—every new member boosts your team’s total.

• Wear your ribbon color with pride on race day as you line up alongside teammates.

The cancer-type team with the most registered participants will be crowned our Largest Team Champions and receive:

• A custom “Wave Makers Champions” trophy

• A team photo on the main stage and a special shout-out during the awards ceremony

• Prominent recognition on the Tulane Cancer Center and Wave Makers website including social media channels
