Will the race be rained out?
Event will be held rain or shine.
What is the course time limit?
90 minutes
Is there an age minimum for the 5K run?
For younger participants, parents are encouraged to run with their child.
Can I run in the 5K with a jogging stroller?
Yes, we do allow strollers on the 5K course. For the safety of those on the course, we ask that you start near the back of the pack.
Where can I get my results and photos from the race?
Results will be posted here on the RunSignUp site on race day. Also, a QR code will be printed on your race bib with a link directly to the results. A link to photos will also be posted here the week of the race.
Are pets allowed?
No, only service animals are allowed on the course.
A Titans game ticket is included with my entry. Which games are available?
All participants will receive a ticket to the November 30th game vs. Jacksonville Jaguars.
Where will my game day seats be located?
All tickets will be assigned in the 300 level of Nissan Stadium. Seats will be assigned based on availability at the time of your race registration.
When do I receive my game day tickets?
All participants will receive their game tickets no later than 30 days prior to the game. When the tickets are ready, an email will be sent with instructions on how to access your mobile game tickets through the Titans Mobile App. Be sure to download the Titans Mobile App on your smartphone.
I registered a team. Can we all sit together?
Yes, depending on ticket availability, signing up as a team is the best way to ensure that you and your friends will sit together. The Titans will make their best effort to seat you all in the same row or section based on availability at the time of your registration.
Will there be a bag check?
We will not have a bag check and bags are not permitted inside Nissan Stadium. Click here to review the NFL Bag Policy.
When does registration for the Titans Foundation 5K open?
Online registration for the Titans Foundation 5K opens on June 3rd, 2025 and continues through August 16th, 2025.
Can I register more than one person under my account?
Yes - you can register as many people under your account as you want. Select the "+ Add another Registrant" option on the first page of the registration process under "Registrant #1" or at the bottom of the last page of registration. If you have already completed your registration and want to add others, you can start a new registration and choose the "Add New Registrant" option on the first window.
Can we register as a team?
Yes, you can register a team at the start of the registration process.
How do I create and/or join a team?
In order to create a team you must first start the registration process. During registration process, select your category and tell us who you are, then you can create your team. To join a team, use the dropdown menu on that same page to search for your team - add yourself and submit your registration.
Am I required to be a part of a team?
No, you do not have to join a team to complete registration. However, if you want to be seated with another specific participant for the Titans game ticket, you must join the same team for the race.
How do I update my personal information within my account?
Login to your RunSignUp account. You can change all personal information here such as email, password, address, etc. For further assistance updating your race account, please reach out to support@gatewaytiming.com.
Where does a portion of my registration go?
A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Tennessee Titans Foundation impact ONE Community which strives to support communities in three cause areas of Opportunity, Neighborhoods, and Education. Through programs and partnerships, ONE Community's mission is simple to create generational change one person, one family and one community at a time. By participating in the race, you're making an enduring, lasting impact in our community by giving everyone, regardless of age, income or background, the chance they deserve to tackle what's possible.

If I register for the race and unable to attend, will I still receive my t-shirt and game ticket?
Any unclaimed shirts from missing participants will be available to ship by request on a first come, first serve basis. To do so, please email ticketsales@titans.nfl.com. All game tickets will be sent to registrants and you will receive an email no later than 30 days prior to the game date when those mobile tickets are ready to access.
How do I pick up my medal?
Medals will be available for pick up during the Packet Pick Up event at Nissan Stadium on Friday, August 15th and again on the morning of the race on Saturday, August 16th.
If I didn’t order a medal ahead of time during my registration, can I wait until race weekend to make my donation and still receive a medal?
The best way to reserve your medal is to make your donation ahead of time during your registration process to ensure medal availability. Additional medals will only be available on race weekend on a first come, first served based. You could still secure a medal ahead of time, by clicking here to make your donation today.
Am I able to order more than 8 medals?
Yes! If you wish to claim more than 8 medals, please make sure your total donation amount equals your intended number of medals x $20 in your registration. A Titans representative will be in touch with all larger donations to confirm your requested medal count.
