Can I update my shirt size?
If your gear hasn't shipped yet, yes! Shoot us an email and we’ll make the update.
Can I change shirt size after receiving it?
Unfortunately, once it's been shipped and worn by your alter ego, we can’t swap it. No exchanges post-shipment.
Can I order an extra shirt?
Yep. Want more gear for your whole zombie crew? Email us undeadrunclub@gmail.com and we’ll hook you up.
🏃 RUNNING FAQS
What is a virtual run?
A virtual race means you choose when and where. Run it solo in a graveyard, walk it with friends in costume — you’re in charge.
How do I submit my time?
You don’t need to. It’s on the honor system. But we highly encourage you to share your time and photos to inspire the other ghouls out there.
What app do I need?
Whatever you like — Strava, Apple Watch, treadmill readout, or just vibes.
Do I have to wait for my gear to run?
Nope! Run whenever you’re ready. If you wait for your shirt/medal, you’ll be able to flex harder after.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes — 15+ runners gets your group a discount. Email us undeadrunclub@gmail.com and we’ll make it happen.
📦 SHIPPING FAQS
Can I update my shipping address?
Yes — as long as your gear hasn’t been shipped yet, just send us an email. undeadrunclub@gmail.com
How will I know when my gear ships?
We’ll email you a tracking link once it’s out the door. You’ll know it’s on the way.
Do you ship to APO addresses?
Yes, but some systems are funky with certain addresses. Just email us undeadrunclub@gmail.com and we’ll make sure it gets handled.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, only U.S. shipping is available. We’re working on it for next year — hang tight.
🩸 RACE BIBS
Will I get a race bib?
Yes — but digitally. Your custom bib will be emailed to you right after registration so you can print it and wear it race day. No shipping delays, no stress.
🎃 HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST
Costume contest is optional but HIGHLY encouraged.
