TEAM COMPETITION:
All local run clubs and groups are invited to form their teams for a shot at the ERR CUP!!!!
Scoring will be based on age-graded results.
Register your team and sign up for the team when Registering for the race on run signup.
AWARDS:
10k - top 3 overall female and male finishers in the following categories:
- Overall
- Masters
- 19&under
- 5-year age groups 20-74 and 75+
Top male & female walkers.
Youth age group awards for the one mile as well.
Prize money will be awarded to the top 3 male and female and overall male and female masters winners in the 10K.
- 1st place Male & Female Overall $250
- 2nd place Male & Female Overall $150
- 3rd place Male & Female Overall $100
- 1st place Male & Female Masters $100
Elite Field:
Think you qualify to participate as an elite runner?
To qualify, participants must meet the following standards:
- Open Male: < 31:00
- Open Female: < 37:00
- Male Masters: < 36:00
- Female Masters: < 42:00
Qualifying time window: Submitted time must be from a 10K race completed between May 1, 2025 and September 1, 2026.
Runners with who meet the time standard can receive a complimentary race entry, with submission of offical time to the Race Director via email.
Strider Member Information
All Tidewater Strider Club members receive a $5.00 discount, until the close of online registration.
Strider Plus Runners are also discounted until the close of online registration.
