Details

Hand out race shirts and bibs to racers checking in to race throughout the weekend.

Location

On Friday, Dec. 6, packet pickup will be held from 4:30 pm-6:30 pm at Sports Basement - Sunnyvale (1177 Kern Ave., Sunnyvale, CA 94085, near Lawrence Expwy & Hwy 101) in the "Summit Room," at the back right end of the store behind the Bike Department).
On Saturday, Dec. 7 (race-day), packet pick-up / registration & check-in will take place in the Pavilion Area near the Parking Lot.

Details

Be a part of hydration nation and make sure that racers have enough fluids. You will be staged at Aid Stations on the course where you will hand out goodies like water and electrolyte drinks. This is a great spot to cheer everyone on, too.

Bicycle Escort for Lead Runner(s)

Details

Get in on the action and lead the first runner in to make sure they know the right way to go to get to the Finish Line in record time. Vehicular traffic is not allowed inside the park, so your own road/mountain/or hybrid bicycle is needed, and a helmet is required. A good sense of direction is also necessary! Race staff will review the course with you prior to the start.
