Details

Medical volunteers will help provide basic medical support along the course. A current medical license or certification (MD, RN, EMT, paramedic, or equivalent) is required. Volunteers will assist with basic first aid and participant care as needed.

We’ll provide the basic medical supplies for each medical volunteer. Locations and assignments are still being finalized. Once confirmed, we’ll email all signed-up volunteers with the details.

Course Sweepers are responsible for running the course in the assigned section (task title) and ensuring all racers are clear and all course markings are collected. We will provide a course map and a backpack if needed, and food and drink at the end.

Details

Water vessel volunteers will help with swim safety in an assigned area. You’ll need to provide your own vessel, and for kayaks or SUPs, a paddle and PFD are required. Life jackets are mandatory on boats.

We haven’t finalized or assigned the swim course sections yet. Similar to the hydration stations, we’ll section out the water positions and swim legs and then assign volunteers. Once that’s set, we’ll email everyone who has signed up with the details.
