Aid Station # 2 Volunteer (La Chua Trail)

Volunteers will need to drive to to La Chua Trailhead and park in the lot.

Volunteers will fill cups with water and Gatorade and place them on the table. They will continue to fill the cups to keep up with the runner's demand.

Must park at the FDEP Parking lot ($6.00 - will be paid back) and then a short walk to the location.

This location will be at the turnaround.

This location is at the parking lot at CR 2082 and 234.

Volunteers will fill cups with water and Gatorade and place them on the table. They will continue to fill the cups to keep up with the runner's demand. Cups will be handed to runners. Gels will also be handed out at this aid station.

They will also make sure runners know they are approaching the turnaround point.

This Volunteer will be the lead bike. They will lead the fastest runner and make sure other runners know they are coming.

Course marshalls will monitor the course while riding on a bicycle as the race is on a trail that does not allow motor vehicles (except in case of emergency vehicles or official park business). Course marshalls will assist participants in need, must have a cell phone to call 911 and Race Director in case of emergency.
